Olympic Games: Zhu Qing-Yuan Embraces Teammates in Heartwarming Video

The Chinese artistic gymnast gained popularity once more following the encounter with the Italians, this time through a video capturing her embracing all the athletes after their routines

Newsroom August 8 01:05

“Be like Zhu Quig-Yuan,” say many internet users who have fallen in love with the Chinese athlete at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games for her exemplary behavior and wonderful character.

The 18-year-old became a global sensation a few days ago when, during the balance beam medal ceremony, she shyly approached the podium where the two Italians, Alice D’Amato and Manila Esposito, were standing for a photo and bit her medal when she saw them doing it.
