In many instances, bolts are missing, and numerous parts are rusty, broken, or on the verge of falling apart.

On Thursday, the father of the unfortunate 19-year-old visited the site where his son lost his life. He personally observed the very poor condition of the machinery.

He stated that he would return on Friday afternoon. He has appointed his own expert to thoroughly document the damages and the condition of the machinery so that more details can be made public and the process of assigning responsibility can move forward.
