AEK: €350,000 Fine Imposed on Players by Iliopoulos

The administrative leader of AEK imposed a fine following the defeat and elimination by FC Noah

Newsroom August 27 12:28

The day after AEK’s loss to Noah, at the home ground of the Armenian team, Marios Iliopoulos visited Spata (AEK’s training center) and announced that a fine would be imposed, in addition to other things he had discussed with the players regarding that match.

Following the shocking elimination, the exact amount of the fine had not been disclosed—until today. Through the vice president of AEK FC, the decision of Marios Iliopoulos was communicated to Spata and the team’s players.

More specifically, today, AEK’s First Vice President & CEO, Giorgos Kosmas, visited the club’s training center to announce the fine, which amounts to €350,000! Additionally, Mr. Kosmas conveyed the owner’s message, stating that he expects dedication and professionalism, while also assuring the players that the management will continue to support them in whatever they need, just as it has done so far.
