A divorce is never easy, but Jennifer doesn’t want to be selfish, the source added

Jennifer Lopez is working to ensure that her divorce from Ben Affleck does not affect their children.

The Latina star and the actor recently met in Los Angeles with their children to spend time together as a family.

According to a source close to the singer, this meeting was primarily for the benefit of the children, who have a very good relationship with each other.

“They all went out for a fun lunch so that the kids could spend time together. However, they are still proceeding with the divorce,” said the source.

The source also explained that regarding the financial aspects, they are “working out the final details amicably,” as they did not sign a prenuptial agreement to protect their assets.

Regarding their separation, the source noted: “A divorce is never easy, but Jennifer doesn’t want to be selfish. The kids have always gotten along well and have a lot of fun together. It makes her happy to see them happy. Their happiness is her priority.”
