Today a few clouds are forecasted, with showers and local thunderstorms in Epirus, Ionian, Macedonia, Thrace, North Aegean islands, Sporades, Thessaly, Central Greece, Euboea and possibly in Northern Peloponnese and in the mountains of Crete. The phenomena in Eastern Thessaly and possibly in Northern Ionian, Sporades and Northern Euboea will be strong in places and will be accompanied by local hail. Visibility in the evening and early morning hours may be limited in places.

The temperature will range from 15 to 27 degrees in Northern Greece (in Western Macedonia from 12 to 21 degrees), 17 to 28 degrees in Central and Southern Greece, 18 to 28 degrees in Western Greece (in Epirus from 14 to 21 degrees), 16 to 28 degrees in the Cyclades and Crete, 17 to 29 degrees on the East Aegean islands and 23 to 28 degrees in the Dodecanese.

The winds will blow in the Aegean Sea from northern directions, light to almost moderate 3-4 Beaufort and locally in the Northeastern Aegean Sea moderate 5 Beaufort, while in the Ionian Sea from southern directions light and in the Northern Ionian Sea moderate 4-5 Beaufort with rapid weakening.

THURSDAY 19-09-2024

In the Ionian Sea, central Macedonia, eastern Thessaly, the Sporades and northern Euboea cloudy with local rain and occasional thunderstorms, possibly locally heavy in the Ionian Sea. In the evening the phenomena will subside.
In the rest of the mainland, clouds will develop (except for eastern Macedonia and Thrace) and during the midday and afternoon hours there will be local rain or rain mainly in the mountains.
In the rest of the country, thin clouds, occasionally denser.
Winds will blow in the west from southern directions 3 to 4 and in the Ionian Sea locally 5 Beaufort and in the east from northern directions 3 to 5 and locally in the Aegean Sea up to 6 Beaufort.
The temperature will not change significantly. In the west and north it will reach 24 to 26 degrees Celsius and in the rest of the country 27 to 29 degrees Celsius.

Unsettled weather with local rain and occasional thunderstorms in the Ionian Sea, Thessaly and the Sporades.
In the rest of the mainland and in Crete, clouds are forecasted, mostly in the midday – afternoon hours with local rain and occasional thunderstorms. The phenomena will probably be strong in places in the Ionian Sea, the western mainland and central Macedonia.
Winds will blow in the west from southerly directions 3 to 4 Beaufort and in the east from northerly directions 4 to 6 Beaufort.
The temperature will not change significantly.

SATURDAY 21-09-2024
Unsettled weather with local showers and occasional thunderstorms in central Macedonia, eastern Thessaly, the Sporades and Euboea, possibly locally strong until the afternoon hours. In the rest of the country, clouds at times increasing with local rain or rain, initially in the Ionian Sea and in the afternoon in the mainland (except Thrace) and in Crete. In the evening the phenomena will show a temporary decline.
The winds will be variable in the west, 3 to 4 Beaufort, while from noon onwards they will blow from the north with the same intensity. In the east and south it will blow from the north 4 to 6 Beaufort from the north.
The temperature will not change significantly.

In the rest of the country partly cloudy mainly in the afternoon in the mainland (except Thrace) when local rain or rain showers will occur.
Winds will blow from the north, in the west 3 to 4 and in the east 4 to 6 Beaufort.
