A 15-year-old boy is accused of stealing a car from the center of Thessaloniki and when he was spotted by police officers driving in an area of Dendropotamos, he ignored their signals to stop by speeding up.

He was arrested, however, after police searches, while the investigation revealed his involvement in five other car thefts from various areas of the conurbation of Thessaloniki, between May and July (this year). A 16-year-old was identified as his accomplice in one case of theft.

Five of the six vehicles were returned to their rightful owners.
