The Kremlin has announced that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky‘s “victory plan” will lead to further escalation with the risk of direct conflict between Russia and NATO, Russian state news agency TASS reported.

Volodymyr Zelensky said earlier that Ukraine would continue to fight against Russia’s invasion even if Kiev’s Western allies do not agree to support its “victory plan.”

Zelensky, who is visiting Brussels to promote his plan to European leaders, said Kiev would also continue preparations for a second peace summit.

Ukrainian intelligence agencies have information that some officers from North Korea have already been deployed to Russian-occupied Ukrainian territory, the Ukrainian president also said.

He also told a news conference in Brussels that North Korea is preparing to send a total of 10,000 troops to fight against Ukraine.
