Traffic restrictions are in force today, Sunday 27 October, in Athens, due to the 4th Marathon Torch Relay for the Noble Idea of Organ Donation and Transplantation “IASON 23”.

Specifically, from 08:00 in the morning until 2:00 at noon, there will be a gradual, partial and temporary suspension of vehicle traffic on the right lane of the road axes of the torch relay in the direction of Marathon, as follows:

Start: Panathinaiko Stadium (Kallimarmaro) – Vasileos Konstantinos Avenue – Vas. Sofias Avenue – Feidippidou – Michalakopoulou – Mesogeion Avenue – Marathonos Avenue

Finish: Marathon Municipal Stadium.

The Traffic Police appeals to the drivers of vehicles to be particularly careful when driving on the above roads and avenues.
