The Anti-Terrorism Unit announced charges for participating in a terrorist organization and, where applicable, committing terrorist acts against three individuals: a 31-year-old man and two women, aged 33 and 30. The man turned himself in on the evening of November 1, 2024, and was subsequently arrested and will be presented before the prosecutor.

Additionally, one of the accused women, aged 33, was also arrested and remains under guard in a hospital, while the other is still being sought.

The body of the deceased from the explosion, identified as a 36-year-old man, was confirmed through forensic testing. Searches were conducted at three residences and one vehicle, leading to the seizure of two pistols with magazines, numerous digital devices (laptop, tablet, USB sticks), mobile phones, SIM cards, face-disguising items like wigs and full-face masks, multiple keys, handwritten notes, and schematics.
