Traffic fees without taxisnet codes: how they are printed without taxisnet codes

The deadline for the late payment of the 2025 circulation fees is approaching and the fines are steep

Newsroom December 30 01:39

For the first time this year, there will be no extension on the payment of the 2025 traffic fees, as the recent law provides for fines for late payment.

How to print your road tax without taxisnet codes

There are cases where entering the platform to print the plate cannot be done with taxisnet codes, e.g. when the owner of the vehicle is deceased. Thus, the AADE provides the possibility to print the registration fees without taxisnet codes.

Step by step the payment process

What you have to do is to go to the relevant link (click EDO) and with the vehicle’s license plate number and the owner’s VAT number print out the registration fee form.

Then you can use the RF code to make either an electronic payment (via web banking) or at a bank branch.

The fines for late payment of road tax

The rates of traffic fees have not changed compared to previous years, but according to the recent law there is a penalty for late payment:

-twenty-five percent (25%) of the amount of Traffic Fees if payment is made by 1/31/2025,
-fifty percent (50%) of the amount of the Traffic Fees, if payment is made within February 2025,
-an equal amount of the Traffic Fees, in case of: payment on or after 1/3/2025 or partial payment or non-payment of the Traffic Fees for the year 2025.
