Football star Lionel Messi has carried out an inventory of his properties, valuing the portfolio at 223 million euros ($232 million).

The company, called Edificio Rostower Socimi, is listed as a real estate investment trust and owns seven hotels, commercial properties for shops and offices, as well as residential properties, according to its prospectus. Rostower recorded losses in both 2022 and 2023.
