The weather will improve on Sunday with some clouds both in Attica – at night – and in Thessaloniki – in the morning.

At the same time, according to Sakis Arnaoutoglou, rain is expected in the Dodecanese from Saturday night to the early hours of Sunday morning, with the phenomena being intense in Rhodes. Rain is also expected in Crete, in the north of Evia and in the east of Larissa. During the day the phenomena are expected to weaken.

On the day of Epiphany, the weather will be good with some phenomena in Corfu and the northern Ionian Sea. According to Sakis Arnaoutoglou, from 11/1 there are indications of a change in the weather in several areas of the country with cold weather and snowfall.

Cloudy weather with local rain is forecast in the southern Aegean. In the rest of the country, there will be a few clouds, partly increasing in the morning hours, when light showers will occur in the Sporades and Evia.

Visibility in the evening will be locally limited, and fog will form. Winds will blow from northerly directions 3 to 5 and, locally, 6 Beaufort in the southern Aegean Sea. The temperature will drop slightly. In the north, it will reach 11 degrees Celsius, in the rest of the regions 14 to 16, and locally in the south, 17 degrees Celsius. In the northern mainland, in the morning hours, there will be local frost.
