For hiring unemployed individuals aged 31-45, the subsidy covers 80% of wages and contributions (€818 monthly, €4,906 total).

Next, the business will pre-select a beneficiary who will then participate in an accelerated 80-hour online training program in green or digital skills of their choice. Upon certification, the participant will receive a €400 training allowance.

Following the completion of the training, the business will proceed with hiring the unemployed individual for six months.

The total budget for the employment program amounts to €41,331,600 and is funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
