Lawsuit and compensation claim by Kasselakis Against Polakis: “No more tolerance” – The SYRIZA MP’s response

From the awarded compensation, we will support inclusion initiatives, the leader of the Movement for Democracy emphasized

Newsroom January 10 03:55

Stefanos Kasselakis announced, via a post on his personal social media accounts, that he has filed a criminal complaint against Pavlos Polakis, adding that a compensation claim will follow.

The leader of the Movement for Democracy stated in his post that he will no longer tolerate the attacks he has been subjected to and emphasized that the awarded compensation will be used to support inclusion initiatives.

Here is his full statement

“’VANISH’ and ‘NO SECOND CHANCE’

Last July, I was the only political leader who stood strongly and clearly against the damaging agreement concerning Attica Bank. On the very day that this agreement slipped through Parliament unnoticed, ‘half of SYRIZA’ was hurling insults at a female special advisor while the other half was hiding, refusing to comment on the systemic deal that has already cost taxpayers millions.

Immediately afterward, one half of SYRIZA wanted to permanently expel the other half. In the end, the two halves reached an agreement: ‘He should not have a second chance in the country’ and ‘VANISH from the country.’
Tolerance ends here.

Today, I filed a criminal complaint against Pavlos Polakis. A compensation claim will follow. The awarded compensation will be used to support inclusion initiatives.”

Polakis’s Response

On his part, Pavlos Polakis commented under Stefanos Kasselakis’s post as follows: “Welcome to the courtroom, along with my other accusers.” He added: “You’ve closed the chapter on your fraudulence and are fading off the map…”

**”Ah, poor thing!!! Your Movement for Democracy isn’t going well, and you’re looking for a way to get back into the spotlight! Welcome to the courtroom, along with my other accusers – Adonis, Stournaras, Loverdos, etc.

P.S. You’ve closed the chapter on your fraudulence and are fading off the map…”**
