According to plans by the development company Unique Development, the project includes underground villas with pools extending to the shoreline, while the surrounding area is set to be covered in concrete.

Sarakiniko’s striking white rock formations, one of Greece’s most photographed landmarks, are now at risk of being transformed into a hotel complex.
