The US Secretary of State Marco Rubio will meet with Greek Foreign Minister Giorgos Gerapetritis next Friday at the State Department, the US State Department officially announced.

On Friday, George Gerapetritis will go to the State Department where he will have a meeting that demonstrates the strategic depth of U.S.-Greece relations, as Georgos Gerapetritis is one of the first foreign Foreign Minister to walk through the door of the U.S. State Department.

The meeting between the two Foreign Ministers will discuss the framework of bilateral contacts and critical open issues at the international level. Mr. Gerapetritis will also have important contacts in Congress, both in the House and Senate with lawmakers from both parties.
