Since early Saturday morning, well before 8 a.m., hundreds of passionate Olympiacos fans formed a long line outside the team’s boutique at the Georgios Karaiskakis stadium. The goal? To get their hands on the highly anticipated “striped” jersey, designed for the club’s centenary celebrations.

The line had already stretched long an hour before the store even opened—clearly a sign of the immense anticipation and desire from fans to own this iconic, historic jersey.

The Olympiacos 100-Year Anniversary Jersey: A True Work of Art

Red for passion. White for the pure love of the club. Gold for its legendary history and glory!

The design is inspired by the team’s rich history and their classic home jerseys over the years. Both the sleeves and the collar with buttons are adorned with red-and-white stripes, emphasizing the commemorative and prestigious nature of this special edition jersey, which celebrates the club’s iconic appearances over its long history.

At the center of the jersey, the anniversary emblem proudly displays the laurel-crowned Youth, a symbol of Olympiacos’ 100-year journey. For the first time, the historic adidas Originals logo also makes an appearance, reminiscent of the brand’s early football kits, which began to be designed in 1972.

These limited-edition jerseys feature sewn-in stripes, with the founding date of Olympiacos embroidered at the bottom. Completing the commemorative look are white shorts, which also feature the club’s anniversary emblem and the adidas Originals trefoil logo.

The commemorative jerseys will go on sale starting Saturday, March 8, exclusively at the Olympiacos boutique, with a limited number available for collectors.
