Panathinaikos is looking for a victory against Alba Berlin.
The Greens, currently in 3rd place in the standings, will host 18th-ranked Alba at 21:15 at OAKA for the 30th round of Euroleague action, aiming to bounce back from their recent defeat to Olympiacos at SEF.
Panathinaikos will be without Omer Yurtseven, Mathias Lessort, and Marius Grigonis, while the participation of David McCorkmack for Alba is doubtful.
Former Panathinaikos player Matt Thomas commented: “Panathinaikos has many talented players and proved last year the success it is capable of. Their fanbase is large, and their supporters are very passionate. After winning the EuroLeague last season, the atmosphere at OAKA and their support is even greater. Basketball in Greece is like a religion, experiencing it firsthand is truly special.”
