Second opportunity to settle debts to the tax authorities, the State and insurance funds

Application within a month and new proposal for those who missed 3 instalments

According to sources at the ministry, a significant number of companies are being supported in this way in order to settle their debts on more favorable terms.

In particular, the provision concerns legal entities that were included in debt regulation on the electronic platform of the Extrajudicial Mechanism based on the algorithm for calculating the reasonable profit rate, but were excluded due to non-payment of at least three installments.

Legal entities will have the right, within one month from the entry into force of this law, to resubmit a proposal for the settlement of debts to the State and social security institutions, receiving a new proposal for settlement.
