A bomb exploded shortly after 9:30 PM outside the Hellenic Train offices on Syggrou Avenue. The device’s composition and power are unknown.

Following the warning, authorities temporarily shut down traffic on Syngrou Avenue. According to reports, a scooter without license plates was found at the scene with a backpack attached to it. The backpack, according to the same sources, had a lock on it.

Traffic on Syngrou Avenue has been closed from Athanasiou Diakou to Kallirois.
