The Fire Department has been alerted after a call about a fire in a 4th floor apartment located in Mesogion, Athens.

20 vehicles with 5 vehicles and a boom truck have been rushed to the scene and have started extinguishing the fire. So far there are no reports of injuries.

Firefighters extricated an elderly woman from a 4th floor balcony.
