This financial support will be instrumental in strengthening the country’s infrastructure and services. Greece has already upgraded its electricity, it has already streamlined the grid and has made progress on administrative procedures with the expansion of digital services”, stressing that these are just some of the country’s improvements.
The Commission spokesman said that the “Recovery and Resilience Fund facilitates and makes a key contribution to helping member states”, stressing that “so far we have disbursed more than 300 billion euros to our member states”.
