A brief break from the unstable conditions came on Monday, with improved weather in many parts of the country. However, the fair weather doesn’t appear to be lasting long. According to meteorologists’ forecasts, instability will return starting Friday, bringing showers and local thunderstorms—possibly even hail—mainly affecting mainland regions.
