Russia likely used North Korea missiles to strike Kharkiv on Monday morning, and experts will conduct tests in the area to determine whether that suspicion is valid, the local prosecutor’s office said in a post on Telegram.
“As for the exact type of missiles with which the enemy struck the Kievsky area of Kharkiv today, it is currently impossible to conclude due to the limited number of fragments found at the site of the incident. According to preliminary information, these are either North Korean KN-23 missiles or 9M723 missiles, which are part of the Iskander complex,” the report said.
To confirm this information, appropriate expertise will be sought, and the results will be announced, the prosecution noted.
As reported earlier, Russian forces launched two ballistic missile attacks on Kharkiv.
