A heightened risk (risk category 3) of fire in 17 areas across the country is expected tomorrow, Wednesday (10.6.2025), according to the Fire Risk Forecast Map issued by the DG Public Protection

In particular, high fire risk exists in Attica, Kythira, Corinthia, Argolida, Cyclades, Lesvos, Chios, Psara, Samos, and Ikaria.

There is also an equal risk for Crete, Karpathos, and Kasos, as well as for areas of Euboea and Skyros, Laconia, and Boeotia.
