Three people aged 19, 24 and 38 (two men and one woman) were arrested on Saturday by police in Syros, and a case file was formed against them for possession – trafficking in drugs substances in conspiracy and possession of weapons.

According to information from cyclades24.gr, on Saturday afternoon a targeted investigation was carried out with the assistance of a specially trained drug detection dog of the Coast Guard, at the residence where the perpetrators were staying, where they were found:

– 171 drug tablets “ECSTASY”
– 91 grams of drug substance of unknown composition
– 27 grams of raw cannabis
– Air gun (pistol) with metallic pellets
– Knife with a blade -6.5 cm long
– 2 cannabis crushers
– 2 precision scales
– 1,910 euros

The drugs and the rest of the evidence were seized, while the arrested persons were taken to the Syros Prosecutor’s Office, prosecuted, and referred to main interrogation.

The solving of the case is part of the special operational actions of the South Aegean Police Services to combat the spread of drugs.
