A grieving Sharon Osbourne, dressed in black and supported by her children, appeared in Birmingham to say a final farewell to her husband, Ozzy Osbourne. Following the procession that carried his body, she stepped out of the vehicle and placed flowers on the “Black Sabbath Bridge” — specifically at the bench dedicated to the band that forever changed the course of music history.

Fans packed the area, chanting Ozzy’s name as the procession passed, paying tribute to the artist whose music shaped five decades. The event was broadcast live via livestream, allowing fans around the world to take part.

Ozzy’s funeral, however, will be held in private, attended only by close family and friends.
