The report.oasa.gr platform went live this Thursday morning, on which citizens can submit complaints about public transport.
This is an anonymous complaints app for public transport, where citizens will be able to submit their complaints about buses, trolleybuses, metros, electrics, and trams on a range of issues, such as the condition of the vehicle, the behaviour of the employee, delays in services, etc.

The platform,. which is also accessible via mobile phones, allows the complainant to place on a map where they have located the problem, name the line or stop where they have located it, and attach videos and photos.

Each request will be given a unique code so it can track the progress of its complaint, “and that’s how we will solve the problems,” Deputy Transport Minister Konstantinos Kyranakis asserted.

Kyranakis also referred to the issue of the 24-hour operation of public transport last Saturday, stressing that the measure was a great success, as about 59,000 passengers were transported on Saturday night.
