Sabalenka trains with Djokovic in Athens

Belarusian tennis star Aryna Sabalenka enjoyed a special practice session during her stay in Athens last week, hitting the court alongside Serbian legend Novak Djokovic

The world No. 2 visited the Tatoi Club and revealed in a social media video that she had trained with the 24-time Grand Slam champion. On Monday, she shared more snapshots from her trip to Greece, including the standout moment of the two exchanging rallies and enjoying some relaxed time together. Fans were thrilled to see two of the sport’s biggest names sharing the same court.

Djokovic, who recently moved permanently to Athens following the US Open, has enrolled his children in a Greek school and continues his training regimen while enjoying daily life in the city. In recent weeks, he has also been spotted at the Panathenaic Stadium and at OAKA, where he watched Stefanos Tsitsipas face João Fonseca in the Davis Cup.
