Winter has officially made its first appearance in Greece – and it’s breathtaking! Early this morning, the legendary Mount Olympus – the mythical home of the gods – was blanketed in fresh snow, marking the first snowfall of the season.

Visitors and workers on the mountain were treated to a fairytale landscape as snow covered the peaks and higher altitudes in a stunning white veil. The dramatic transformation was captured on video by the mountain refuge team, in collaboration with Forecast Greece, offering social media users a dazzling glimpse of the coming winter.
