Minister of Rural Development Kostas Tsiaras categorically denies reports of his resignation over delays in the payment of agricultural subsidies that have caused discontent among farmers.

“I have never lost courage in the face of the major reforms our country needs, and of course, I have never submitted my resignation,”
Mr. Tsiaras stated in a Facebook post, adding that the credibility of such rumors “reflects solely on their creators and those eager to spread them.”
