Heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected over the next three days in many parts of the country, according to the emergency weather deterioration bulletin issued today by EMY.

Locally severe rains and thunderstorms are forecast over the next three days in many areas — mainly in western Greece.

More specifically, locally severe phenomena are forecast:

1. Saturday (08-11-25): until the afternoon in the Ionian Sea, Epirus, western Central Greece and northwestern Peloponnese.
2. Sunday (09-11-25): from late morning in the Ionian Sea, and from the afternoon in western Central Greece and Epirus.
3. Monday (10-11-25):
   a. until noon in the Ionian Sea, Epirus and western Central Greece
   b. until evening in western Peloponnese
   c. from late morning in central and eastern Macedonia
