In a recent press conference, Giannis Alafouzos mentioned that Panathinaikos could become sustainable with the new stadium and hinted that he expects the team to move into its new “home” by 2027.

The construction works in Votanikos are progressing steadily, with more and more sections of the stands being installed, which will be completed in the near future.
