Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis took part in a videoconference of the leaders of the European People’s Party (EPP).

During the videoconference, the latest developments regarding the issue of Ukraine were discussed.

The Prime Minister pointed out that the progress evident in the Ukraine–United States talks is positive, while stressing that the outcome must be a fair and lasting peace, with dignity for Ukraine.

Kyriakos Mitsotakis underlined that the inviolability of borders must be respected and that the need for strong Ukrainian armed forces cannot be subject to negotiation.
