A strong earthquake struck shortly after 12:00 today in At Antalya, Turkey, with early reports saying the tremor was particularly felt.

According to the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center, the earthquake was a magnitude 5.3 Richter, with a focal depth estimated at 90 kilometers.

The epicenter of the tremor was located 176 kilometers southwest of Iconium, and just 17 kilometers east-northeast of Antalya.
