An armed robbery took place at midday on Wednesday (14/1) at a pawn shop in eastern Thessaloniki.

According to information, four individuals stormed the business, which is located on Vasilissis Olgas Avenue, and one of them fired a shot into the air to intimidate those present.

The perpetrators succeeded in taking a large amount of cash and then escaped in a car.

Police officers investigating the case have launched a manhunt to locate and arrest the suspects, while also collecting footage from security cameras.
