New video footage published by ereportaz.gr has come to light, revealing what happened before last night’s incident at SEF between Panathinaikos player Kendrick Nunn and Olympiacos player Tyrique Jones.

Until now, the footage circulating on social media clearly showed Jones at fault, as he entered the area outside Panathinaikos’ locker room and attacked the Panathinaikos guard with punches.

However, as the new footage shows, there had been another confrontation between the two beforehand (the initial altercation had started on the court when they went head-to-head). This second clash took place in the locker-room corridor, where Nunn pushed the Olympiacos forward away. Jones then charged at him again, but calmer individuals intervened and prevented further escalation.

A few moments later, the incident that became widely known yesterday followed, with Jones punching Nunn.
