Dialogue of Civilizations at Rhodes forum 2015

Leading experts in their fields will participate and put forward their views on subjects at the heart of the World Public Forum “Dialogue of Civilization’s”

The 13th annual World Public Forum “Dialogue of Civilizations” will take place on the Greek island of Rhodes on October 8-11, 2015.

The global think tank and discussion forum founded by Russian public thinker Vladimir Yakunin brings together public figures and statesmen, academics, religious figures and representatives of the arts, mass media and business spheres from all over the world.

This year’s theme is “The World Beyond Global Disorder” and convenes some of the world’s most renowned public thinkers, intellectuals and practitioners to explore the most pressing global and regional challenges which are, or are likely to become, sources of major political, economic and cultural conflicts.

Split into 6 plenary sessions and four workshops, the conference invites leading experts in their fields to put forward their views on subjects at the heart of the World Public Forum “Dialogue of Civilization’s” core objective to create a sustainable and co-operative future.

The conference will host Vaclav Klaus, economist and former president of Czech Republic and the Russian philanthropist Ruben Vardanyan.

Ali Allawi, former minister of the Republic of Iraq will share a stage with the Palestinian scientist Author Mazin Qumsiyeh to discuss about multiple crisis that are occurring in West Asia and North Africa and explore routes toward freedom and democracy in the region.
