The Protocol between Greece and France signed by President Francois Hollande and Alexis Tsipras outlines huge changes and reforms in the public sector, including staff movements, connection of the salary and efficiency for top executives and changes on salaries of public sector.

According to reporter website, France will provide assistance, including through long-term provision of expertise in Athens, on the topics related to central administration, tax reforms, privatization and public assets management.
