Famous Greek singer Sakis Rouvas, known for being vocal on matters of national and social significance, added his voice to the list of famous people calling for the return for the Parthenon marbles to Greece yesterday with a message sent via social media. His message, accompanied by a snapshot of himself and the controversial marbles themselves, seeks for the return of the marbles.

This initiative is in the framework of Mr. Rouvas support for the new international campaign known as “REturn REstore REstart” by the Marianna Vardinoyannis Foundation, launched yesterday at the Acropolis Museum.The campaign seeks the return of parts of the Parthenon Sculptures which are currently in the British Museum to Greece.
