The UK’s biggest annual gathering of naturists takes place in Cornwall each July. Now, it is a victim of its own popularity, and organizers feel that it is time to fold up. After eight years, the festival no longer fits into the Cornish holiday park that houses it.

It did its job well, however. An Ipsos Mori poll found that 6% of British adults considered themselves nudists with 130 private naturist clubs in the UK. But now, British Naturism has taken a blow by its own popularity and can no longer find a site to host 10,000 naked people for Nudefest 2016.

A suitable venue would need to be able to handle a packed week of naked activity that includes, joggin, target practise, naked yoga etc. There needs to be accommodation or camping space, and even an indoor/outdoor swimming pool and a disco for jiggling night-time entertainment.

Then there are the nude excursions where nudists visit venues, such as museums and zoos, after hours and in the nude.
