The exhibition “Meet the classic bicycle” is being hosted at the WE venue in Thessaloniki.
Among the top attractions of the exhibition is a handmade bicycle which was made by the British company “Raleigh” and constructed during WWI and a military bicycle made by BSA and used by English paratroopers during the period of the expeditions in WWI.
Furthermore, visitors will have the chance to see the vintage racing bicycles of veterans of the Bicycle Unions of Northern Greece who offered them to being displayed at a special spot.
Also, the visitors will be able to explore the developments in bicycle construction throughout the decades starting from 1960 until 1995, as well as the first Greek handmade bicycle MICHAELLO.
The exhibition will run until December 6 and is held under the auspices of the Union of Bicycle Clubs of Macedonia and Thrace. The media sponsors are ANA-MPA and Praktorio 104.9 FM.
