On the occasion of the approval of the State Council to fund the construction project of the new mosque in the area of Botanicos in Athens, the Greek socialist party PASOK wished for the building to be ready to accommodate the Ramadan of 2015.

The Division of Human Rights Party also notes that the decision to build the mosque at the Iera Odos street in Athens, was taken by increased majority in Parliament in 2011 with a proposal by the PASOK government.

“We wish good Ramadan, many years in peace, health and happiness to the Greeks or non-Muslim citizens who live or are on holiday this year Greece,” concludes the statement of Harilaou Trikoypi.
