The mass protest rallies that took place in almost all cities of Greece seem to have alarmed the Greek government which probably feels that it is trapped between lenders’ representatives and Greek society.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister’s associates realize day by day that SYRIZA’s ethical advantage seems to fade away especially after the revelations of dozens of relatives and friends of SYRIZA members who are appointed to job positions in public sector.

Therefore, the Greek government brings back the ‘parallel program’ in an attempt to soothe public anger and decides: grant television channels licences, pass measures for meritocracy in public sector and discuss with farmers.
