New shocking photos have been released showing the deadly materials used by terrorists in the double Brussels attacks on Tuesday. Metal shards, screws and nails were extracted from the bodies of the dozens of victims by medical staff at the local hospital indicating the attackers wanted to do as much damage as possible. The metal pieces were shown for the first time to the Belgian royal couple who visited the hospital at Campus Gasthuisberg UZ. The new findings simply confirm an earlier horrifying image published by Belgian newspaper ‘Le Soir’ depicting the x-rays of a victim with a large nail wedged between his rib cage.
