Belgian authorities have identified the third airport attacker as Faycal Cheffou, who was working as a freelance reporter and appeared in Belgium newscasts.

Cheffou was known about his extremist opinions and his propaganda in favour of Islamic State.

According to Belgian RTBF, Cheffou had been under police surveillance for months, but authorities were not able to predict his deadly plans.

In the video below filmed in July 2014 shows Cheffou covering a story about the immigrants detained in a center for repatriation in Belgium who were protesting because their meals were served earlier than it should be based on Ramadan.

According to Belgian media said, a taxi driver who took the terrorist to the airport identified him as Faycal Cheffou.
