The Greek debt crisis has eased, but there is still a lot of economic work to be done, said US President Barack Obama on Thursday in Japan in the framework of the G7 summit.

President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, and President of the European Council, Donald Tusk expressed their satisfaction over Eurogroup’s agreement during a joint press conference, just before the start of the G7 summit.

“We are happy that the Eurogroup reached an agreement among the 19 partners and the IMF,” said Mr. Juncker.

Mr. Tusk stressed that the Eurogroup agreement sent a “strong message of stability” for Greece, the euro zone and the global economy.
