Greek Finance Minister Euclid Tsakalotos stated that the review of the Greek program had effectively been completed. Speaking from Luxembourg, Tsakalotos stressed the review had reached a successful end, following the end of the ESM board, adding that the only thing left was a formal approval on Friday. During his meeting with Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs, Pierre Moscovici, Tsakalotos pointed out that many things had changed compared to last year, as the banking recapitalisation, the review and a deal on the Greek debt had been achieved. The Greek Minister underliend he understood that many Greeks believed things were still hard, but added that he believed next year would bring not only an end to the crisis, but growth also.
