An armed man has barricaded himself in a restaurant in Germany. It is unclear whether he is holding any hostages at this point. A bloodied, armed man is holed up inside a restaurant in the German city of Saarbrucken according to the German tabloid Bild. It is believed that some members of staff managed to escape the building as the attacker entered. There are reports that the German police counter-terrorism unit (SEK) is getting ready to storm the building. Bild reports that eyewitnesses said the man shouted ‘everybody out’ before he stormed the restaurant.
