From Friday 25th of September until Sunday 27th of September, the Acropolis Museum will give visitors the opportunity to discover the landscapes, the people and the great archaeological exhibits of Samothrace, on the occasion of European Heritage Days and World Tourism Day. Visitors can also enjoy a tour in the Museum of Acropolis to watch the sculptures that show the dectruction of Acropolis from the Persians.
The admission in the Museum will be free for visitors from 5 p.m until 8 p.m giving the opportunity to anyone interested to watch the Gallery of the Museum, as well as the Excibition “Dodoni, the oracle of the sounds”.
Hosts will be available in the gallery of the temporary exhibition ‘Samothrace. On these days weekly gallery talks about Samothrace will be held as usual by Museum Archaeologists.
